This is a piece to you Osarumwense Isabella favour. Thank you for showing up for me in all the ways you do. Thank you for being my confidant, my hiding place, my safe place, thank you for holding my hand, for letting me be, and calling me back in when I drift farther from myself, for the kind words, for the love. Thank you for staying – still.

YOU ARE HUMAN
you must remember
That you exist as human
With all the feelings, fears
Failures and flaws.
WE LIVE TO FIGHT ANOTHER DAY
On this day you will not fight
But you will be alive
Alive to fight tomorrow.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

ANGRY WOMAN
Every night I sing her lullaby
MANTRA ‘22
Attracting only what fills me
With the same frequency of energy
That I give out
BLOGISH – CATCH UP

AN ATTESTATION TO WHO I AM
