That you did not break

Did not give up.

For every fall you got up stronger and better

For every sadness you made a mountain of joy

Every heartbreak you loved harder

Lived fuller

More presently and intentionally.

You do not know this yet

But you

You are resilent

Your body stretching in pain but refusing to break

Elastic heart.

In the pain you grew

And what is the saying about the rose from the rock?

You grew

Against all odds and bet

You found your peace.

Know this;
