I was thinking of write ups to post with these photos that I took yesterday. I Wrote some that are quite valid but mostly what I’m trying to say is; Enjoy these beautiful photos and a rather soothing, calming and nostalgic video of the fruit salad I made yesterday. A libation to my body as it ushers me into my not-so-planned-out diet for loosing lower belly fat.
Have you every eaten fruit salad?, did you like it?.

The first time I had fruit salad, I bought it from one woman hawking it at oba market, benin. Maybe it’s what she added; the yogurt, whipped cream, and all the other things that I cannot recall or maybe it was because it wasn’t refrigerated but I hated it. I told myself then, that I’m never getting fruit salad again. It was horrible. I ate it though! I bought it two hundred naira and my hard earn two hundred naira will not waste, thank you.
However, in my plan to burn out the Lower belly fat I have, I decided to go on a fruit fast to usher me to when I finally set-up my diet plan. So yesterday even though I couldn’t go through with a complete thorough fruit fast – ate some spoons of jollof rice and chicken- I had a fruit salad and milk
Also, change my mind. Fruit salad is tasty!
For this fruit salad I used:
Apple
Pineapple
Cucumber
Watermelon
Mango
It’s not in the photos attached because it didn’t come on time but I added banana. Will definitely try it again. With maybe cashew if I’m lucky to find one.
